All of our products come standard with our signature AIRCELL™ logo and branding. However, if customization is something you're looking for, we're pleased to help you brand your equipment with your organization's logo. Below you'll find general guidelines for file submission, as well as a high-level breakdown of the process. We're here to help, so please contact us for pricing and details.

Design Worksheet

Please submit the following information so that we may build your custom product according to your specifications.

Attach your logo design using a vector file format. For more information please read the below definition.
Please indicate the various PMS colors used in your logo design. This will be a 3 or 4 digit number.
If several logo designs are being used, please indicate the order of priority so that we may showcase the logos accordingly.

TYPES OF GRAPHICS ARTWORK FILES

Vector Files (will reproduce sharply at any size)
- Graphics printed from these files will produce sharp, solid tone images.
  - A vector image is a set of geometrically-defined artwork with sharp-edged shapes.
  - Can scale infinitely, both larger and smaller, with no loss of clarity.
  - Typically not used as artwork on the Web.
  - Typically generated in drawing programs such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw.
  - Suffixes such as “.ai” or “.eps” and could also be saved in “pdf” files. See note below.**
- REQUIRED SPECS
  - Common file extensions such as “.ai” or “.eps” and could also be saved in “pdf” files. See note below.**
  - Text should be converted to paths or curves to prevent font substitutions.
  - If these are not available, additional time and costs must be expended to recreate the art.
Pixel/Bitmap/Raster Files (cannot be enlarged/dependent upon resolution)**
- These files do not provide sharp enough artwork necessary for proper reproduction of solid tone images such as logos.
- Made of pixels (fine grid of squares each containing color information)
- Edges of artwork are jagged (not solid, uniform and continuous)
- Images typically appearing on the Web (.jpeg, .gif, or .png).
- Used for photography (“.psd” or “.tif” formats)

**They can also be saved as an “.eps” or exported as an Illustrator file, but not being vector, will not reproduce sharply.

Custom Artwork Protocol

Client will be asked to acknowledge and abide by the following terms & conditions pertaining to custom artwork

Customer: Submit all artwork files in the following Vector file format (.ai or.eps). For detailed information, please refer to the Design worksheet attached. Including the designated PMS colors for each logo. (approximate time: Immediately)
Inmotion Air: Sends art graphics team to incorporate it into the product design. The designers will prepare illustrations for the customer review. (2 days)
Customer: will receive and review INMOTION Air Illustrations of artwork on ordered product(s). They will then approve or send back with instructions for changes. PLEASE REVIEW ARTWORK CAREFULLY. (time determined by customer)
Inmotion Air: graphics team will make the revisions and return them to the customer. (24-36 hours).
Customer: will receive/review revisions for approval –1 of 2 allotted* revisions depending on the artwork package. (time is determined by customer)
Inmotion Air:graphics team will make the necessary modifications or send onto the factory for production. If not, steps 5 & 6 are repeated as necessary. (24-36 hours +)
**If more than 2 cycles of revisions are needed (the graphics team is sent artwork more than twice) an additional charge will be added per revision segment. A segment consists of each time the designer needs to open up the file and modify it.
Production begins and the clock starts on the 30-45-day timeline (determined by time of year).
After manufacturing, photos will be provided to the customer for approval, the second half of the payment submitted, and shipping arrangements are made. INMOTION Air will contact customer to set up an appointment time/day for the tutorial and installation of product.

We started a new NCAA D2 baseball program here at UCCS in 2017 without a home facility for a year and a half. We found ourselves practicing or playing at 7 different sites around Colorado Springs, indoor and outdoor.
